mm38 FAQ — Everything You Need to Know

Log in to your mm38 account and tap Deposit. Select KBZPay, transfer the amount to the KBZPay number we provide, then submit your transaction reference along with your account ID. The minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks. Deposits are normally confirmed within minutes.

mm38 accepts deposits via four methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. All methods start from a minimum of 3,000 Ks, and we recommend keeping a record of your transfer reference. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer outside banking hours, so e-wallets are the faster option.

If your deposit hasn't arrived after 20 minutes, open 24/7 Live Chat and send your transaction slip (screenshot) along with your account ID. Our support team will check it right away. Note that Bank Transfer deposits can take anywhere from a few minutes up to 2 hours.

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is 3,000 Ks. Maximum limits depend on your VIP level and payment method — contact support for exact figures. If you plan to deposit a large amount, check with Live Chat in advance.

mm38's Welcome Bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to 300,000 Ks. For example, deposit 20,000 Ks and you get a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds you must complete a 25x wagering requirement on the bonus amount (e.g. 20,000 Ks bonus × 25 = 500,000 Ks). Activate the bonus from your account settings, or select the bonus option when making your deposit.

We aim to process withdrawals within 15 minutes to 2 hours of your request. Withdrawals may be held if ID verification is not yet complete, so we recommend finishing your account verification as soon as possible. If processing goes beyond the usual timeframe, you can check via Live Chat.

mm38 only transfers withdrawal funds to the registered wallet belonging to the account holder. Transfers to a wallet in someone else's name are not permitted — this policy is in place to keep players' accounts secure. If you haven't linked a wallet yet, support can help.

mm38's withdrawal department operates 24/7, so we work to process payments within 15 minutes to 2 hours even late at night or on holidays. However, bank-to-bank transfers such as KBZ Bank may take longer depending on the bank's servers. Using an e-wallet will generally be faster.

To withdraw winnings from the Welcome Bonus, you must complete a bonus amount × 25 wagering requirement. For example — if the bonus is 300,000 Ks, you need to wager 300,000 × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks. You can check your wagering counter in your account dashboard; once it is complete, you can request a withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is 30,000 Ks. Please note that if your balance is below 30,000 Ks, you will not be able to submit a withdrawal request. If you want to withdraw a larger amount, you can check the conditions in advance through support.

The mm38 VIP program has Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum — 4 levels.
• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
The higher your level, the higher your cashback rate and the more benefits you receive.

VIP players get weekly cashback along with priority withdrawal handling, exclusive promotions, and dedicated support from a personal VIP host. Once you reach Platinum level, our team will support you more closely. You can receive notifications via Live Chat when your VIP benefits are upgraded.

Your cashback rate is set according to your VIP level, based on your total valid bets for the week. For example — at Gold level you can receive up to 0.8%, and the cashback is credited to your account on the same day every MMT week. Cashback is not a bonus — it is real money you can withdraw without any wagering requirement.

VIP level progression depends on your playing activity and consistency. If you play regularly over a few months, our VIP team will notify you when your level is upgraded. There is no fixed amount we can state exactly for each level up — you can ask about your progress via Live Chat.

VIP weekly cashback is money you can withdraw immediately with no wagering requirement. Unlike a Welcome Bonus, VIP cashback is credited directly to your account and can be withdrawn at any time (as long as you have at least 30,000 Ks).

Most games on mm38 can be tried in Demo mode. When playing in Demo mode, only virtual money is used, so there is no real money loss — your account balance is only used once you switch to real money mode. Click on the game interface and select "Demo" to try it; you can do this without logging in.

A progressive jackpot works by adding a portion of each player's spin into a jackpot pool, so the prize amount grows rapidly. If a lucky player hits the jackpot, they can win all or part of the pool. In these games the prize is not fixed — it is paid out only when someone wins.

Free spins can be received in two ways. The first is in-game free spins triggered by bonus features such as scatter symbols within the game. The second is bonus free spins given through mm38 promotions. If bonus free spins have been added to your account, you can check them in the promotions section — they can only be used on the designated game.

High volatility games pay out less frequently, but when you win the amounts can be large — suited for players who can play for longer sessions. Low volatility games pay out more often but in smaller amounts; they tend to suit players who want to protect their balance. Choose based on your playing style and budget.

mm38 features games from well-known providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Spribe. Popular titles such as Fortune Tiger, Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Aviator, and Crazy 777 are available, along with Shan Koe Mee-style games that Myanmar players enjoy.

Odds are a multiplier that shows how much you will get back if your bet wins. For example — if Team A has odds of 1.85 and you bet 10,000 Ks, a Team A win gives you 10,000 × 1.85 = 18,500 Ks, meaning a profit of 8,500 Ks. Understanding decimal odds format is all you need to follow football betting clearly.

Asian Handicap (AH) is a market designed to level the playing field by giving the weaker team a virtual goal advantage, eliminating the draw as an outcome. For example, if Team A is given -0.5, a bet on Team A only wins if they win by at least 1 goal. Understanding this market is important for football bettors.

Accumulator (Parlay) means placing a single bet that combines 2 or more matches together. If every match is correct, the odds multiply and you win a bigger payout. However, if even one match is wrong, you can lose the entire stake — so only use this method if you can judge the games well.

Once a match ends and the result is confirmed, winnings are intended to be settled into your betting account within minutes. VAR checks or match suspensions may cause delays; in those cases, the official result of the match will be used as the basis. If you believe a settlement is incorrect, you can raise a dispute via Live Chat with supporting evidence attached.

Live Betting (In-Play) lets you place bets in real-time while a match is in progress. Go to the mm38 Football section and select the Live tab; you can browse markets such as full-time / half-time goals and next goal for ongoing matches. Odds change throughout the match, so check the odds you want to bet on carefully.
