1.1 Age Restriction

2.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. This applies to all accounts regardless of payment method.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after your details have been verified. Please note that requests made outside office hours or during busy periods may take longer.

3.2 Wagering Requirement Explained

The Wagering Requirement is the total amount you must place as bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Only after meeting 25x the bonus amount can you withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus.

3.3 Bonus Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a bonus for any of the following reasons —

• Betting patterns that suggest the platform is being exploited in an unfair way
• Attempting to withdraw before the Wagering Requirement has been met
• Claiming a bonus through a second account
• Failing to submit required verification documents within a reasonable time
